My name is Esteban I’m with Central Property Advisors as a former residential real estate agent now turned commercial agent so one of the main differences I’ve noticed when it comes to residential versus commercial real estate sales is the fruits of your labor are far more greater.
You have a homeowner that will probably transact once or maybe twice in their lifetime and when it comes to Investors these guys are always buying always selling and as long as you do a good job on the front end you’re honest you have Integrity they’ll keep using you when it comes to buying or selling.
